My name's Carys and I'm a 16 year old girl living in England. For my whole life, I've been interested in keeping healthy and participating in sports. I've danced for almost as long as I can remember, and I've loved every minute of it. I consider it my cardio, since I otherwise hate cardio sessions ;)

Dance is what has led me on to working out more and more. As a dancer, I need to keep in shape, and I just wasn't as strong as I could have been. In December 2014, I decided to do something about it. I'd previously read aboutBlogilates and thought that I couldn't exactly lose anything by trying it. After I started in mid-December, I kept at it and just couldn't stop. I can feel myself growing stronger, mentally and physically, every day.

I want this blog to help document my journey in fitness. I hope to look back in the future or on bad days and see how far I've come. Of course, it would be great if I can help anyone else out. I'll always try my best to answer any questions you have, so don't be afraid to ask :)
